Anyone else having this issue? Many attempts to contact Technical Support have landed on deaf ears. Very frustrating. I used to be a HUGE fan of Topaz products… but this experience has soured my opinion of the company and it’s products. The days of blindly purchasing all their new products are over.

What version is this? And is this windows or Mac? There is a fix for this intermittent issue in beta test currently that is set to be generally available next week.
Yes…It is Mac and I just received the link to download the beta. Worked perfectly.
