Hi Jorge, this looks like it may be the same so I will ask for a update. Some people I know have been using Healing tools in other products such as PS and Affinity, in the interim, to get around this issue.
@russelltarpley This issue has been around for a while but I’m not sure if there is any progress on it, can you update please.

If you private message me the original image you were using that came out with horizontal lines, I will run some quick tests on the latest update that is in testing to see if we have improvement.
I’ve just updated to 4.0.0. I can say that I no longer see the dashed lines or grid. Awesome!!!

I updated to 4.0.0 and everything looks great. I tried two images so far but I can’t see any artifacts. Thanks for the Update Topaz.
