Jack - I see the resemblance to Mond’s Funky Stone. This is one I call FlicksEtching2 and has many different looks depending on the opacity you use for it, and is one of my favorites in Glow2.

Bob - it is a fairly complex system, made to look even more complex by all of the reflections from the store that enter into the image.
