So a friend of mine has a free download of Topaz Studio and each time she tries uploading or opening a photo to work on the program shuts down. What is causing this to happen. She has a windows 10 and the download worked fine to install but once you open the program and open a photo file it shuts down with no warning or error message. Any thoughts?
