I bought Glow and Impression and when I try to bring them up there is a box saying my trial has expired and to enter the license key. I have those keys but the field to type them in is greyed out and there is no way to enter those keys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It should look like this, just copy the License and paste it in the grey box and click Activate:
I figured out a workaround. If I pasted the Key into Word then I could repasted it into the box. I just couldn’t go straight from email to the box for some reason.
