Magenta colored photos in Studio

When I drag a photo to Studio from a folder, it comes over with a Magenta cast to it. If I open it in PS, and then go to Filter, Studio, it is fine. I take photos with the Canon 6D Mark II and no matter what one I drag over, it is magenta colored. My Canon 5D Mark III and Canon 6D work fine.

I am running the latest version of Studio, V 1.12.6.

Is it just the camera? Not being compatible with Studio?
Thank you, Susan

Jpg or raw images?

Raw images, when opened in Topaz Studio, they are all magenta. When opened in PS, and then using Filters–> Topaz Studio, they open fine.

I suspected as much. Almost every application has their own way of processing RAW images and for better or worse PS and Lightroom are one of the industry standard solutions here, while Topaz Studio’s RAW conversion appears to be an afterthought.

For now you are better off going through the extra step of opening your RAW files in PS first.

If you want to know if the 6D Mark II is supported please raise a support request from the Help link above as this is a user to user forum.
