how did you do this?
It went something like this
Applied an Impression adjustment - that I called messy (I have now shared as a preset called Messy pt 1) - I altered the colors in the adjustment a little.
To this layer I applied a preset called Graohic Sketch L - using luminosity blending mode at 35%
Then to this layer applied the preset called Sketchy Radlum - but changed the blend mode from luminosity to darken and change the opacity to 80%
Finally I applied texture adjustment - which was a plain black border (the 9th one from the border group) which I inverted and changed mode to screen and reduced opacity to 30%
I have combined the last two steps(Sketchy Radlum and border) and made a preset which I called Messy pt 2.
