New to Topaz. Fumbling my way around. Having a problem. When I click on the Edit in Topaz button in Lightroom the file conversion process starts. Topaz will open up and then progress stops, normally for a good 15 seconds. Get the “Not Responding” message. Using a Dell gaming laptop. It has 8 gigs of RAM and a Intel Core i7-7700 HQ CPU@2.8ghz. Any suggestions?
Update graphics card software, and make sure Lightroom is the most up to date version…?
