Personal Customised Impression preset

Hi, I originally had two customised presets inside Topaz Impression - one I named F2V and the other F2V+Canv.
They both seem to have been ‘conflated’ by the Topaz Server into a “huge mess” of a preset, which your server has given the name F2Va…? I wonder why this should be the case?

To date, use only the simple ASCII code of the alphabet and numbers to name the prsets, otherwise it will not be appropriate.
