I ran a test with an older jpeg photo (1200 x 1680 px) taken with a Minolta digital camera. I had enlarged it 400% in v1.1.1 and time it at 62 seconds. After updating to v1.1.2, I ran the same photo at 400% again. It again took 62 seconds then I blew both up to 100% enlargement and compared a section. Below you can see that v 1.1.2 is sharper though in some softer areas it was very slight. I didn’t compare noise.
