Studio Crop Failure

Not due to lack of rain, but to the fact I wasn’t paying attention. I thought I was creating a 17x11 custom crop, but I just tabbed from the 17 side to the other side and input 11. There was already a 1 there. Now it’s a 17 x 111. Not what I wanted, and I don’t think I’ll find a use for it in my lifetime. I’ve poked around in the registry, and the ini files I could find, but found nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this without a complete re-install?

Hi George,

Start RegEdit and go to Topaz Studio and choose the “CustomAspectRatios” entry from the “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Topaz Labs\Topaz Studio\appMain” and delete the entry that it refers too. Note do not delete the “[” or “]” at the start and the end. See this screenshot:

Thank you, Don, that did the trick. I’m sure I’ll need it again in the future (I’ve “bookmarked” the key). I’m pretty sure I looked right at that entry last night, just didn’t see it.

Thanks again.
