Looks like your database was deleted and then you ran the application without doing an install. I don't suggest messing with your database unless explicitly told to by our staff.
Even if our staff asks you to mess with it I would always back up your db before messing with it. Luckily, most (not all) data is backed up to the community so you shouldn't lose much. We don't guard against this behavior as we don't expect people to hand delete data that is needed to run the application. We include uninstallers that do this in all of our applications.
Luckily, there is an easy fix to this issue, but it requires you to do what I just said not to. So here is how you fix the problem:
- Delete the auto-generated db in your application by removing the directory
Library/Application Support/Topaz Labs/Topaz Studio/QML/OfflineStorage/Databases. This will give you a fresh environment.
- Install Topaz Studio. It doesn't hurt to uninstall first. This will establish a fresh database for your system.
That should restore your system presets and categories, let me know how it goes or pm me for more help/info.
