I did this with the beta version of studio … which I think Topaz is releasing to the public today … it has motion blurs as an adjustment now. I applied the swirl option to many places of my image … will be putting up a preset soon that others can use.
Just using Topaz Studio. I don’t have Painter or Photoshop.
