Forum Buttons Missing in a Post?

I don’t know how long these 2 new buttons have been available but I just noticed them today?
I like having them placed to the Right side area because they are more convenient for easier access and use.

But when reading this post by @CabanaBoy… the buttons were not available? This was the only post I found them missing? Thought you would like to know?

It won’t show if your browser window is too small, or there aren’t enough posts.

Thanks… this was probably the reason.
