Sounds like you're signed in with a different email address than the one you submitted your ticket with. This is a pretty common mixup, and you can't see the page because you're not authorized to. For example, if you are logged in as firstname.lastname@example.org, then you submit a ticket with email@example.com, you won't be able to see the ticket name2 created, because name1 doesn't have access.

- Then, select the My Requests button, and login with the email you used to submit your request.
